Any item that you can buy at GasAmerica has been given a point value*.  Earn points by buying merchandise.  The points accumulate and turn into valuable redemption coupons at the bottom of the mailing.  Now you can get EVEN MORE!

Point Values

Gas,  every gallon = 10 points

Lottery purchase, every dollar = 10 points

Everything else in the store*, every dollar = 60 points

2000 points = 1 dollar rebate check to spend on anything in the store

6000 points - minimum threshold needed to release a $3 check to cardholder

Rules and Regulations for Points Process

  1. PURCHASE NECESSARY.  All customers and employees may participate.  Must be 18 years of age or older.  Coupons are not redeemable for cash value.  Valid only at GasAmerica Services locations.  Coupons are valid for one year from the date of the mailer.  GasAmerica Services reserves the right to change point values at any time without prior notification. GasAmerica and Sponsors involved in program are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, postage-due, illegible, delayed, stolen, or misdirected mail or coupons.
  1. To Enter:  Purchase merchandise at any GasAmerica location.  Convenience CARD must be swiped at time of purchase in order to receive points.  For every item purchased and/or dollar spent, a point value will be added to the total value of points for participant.  Points are accumulated for every purchase excluding tender for tender exchanges, cigarettes, and alcohol.  Different point values are assigned to different items.  Once points accumulate to specified amount, “Convenience Coupons” will be distributed with monthly mailer.
  1. How program works:  When Convenience CARD is scanned with purchase at any GasAmerica Services, point value will be added to total points accumulated in past transactions.  Point values go as follows: 10 points per gallon of gasoline and per $1.00 on lottery purchases and 60 points per $1.00 spent on any other item in GasAmerica. Some Items excluded*(see #4).  Item(s) of the Month are double points.  Other items may be on promotion and be of greater point value.  Participants will be notified of any promotions at GasAmerica through signs at GasAmerica stores.
  1. *Excluded items: Cigarettes, Alcohol, and Tender for Tender items which include but are not limited to: Western Union, GasAmerica Gift Cards,   Lottery winnings and money orders.
  1.  Conditions of Participation:  Participant agrees to promptly notify GasAmerica of any changes in participants mailing address.  GasAmerica reserves the right to limit the opportunities to earn points.  No participant shall receive more than  $25.00 per month in “Convenience Coupons”.  Participant shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to participant.  Participant acknowledges they may only participate in program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules and regulations. If a participant does not have Convenience CARD scanned within 1 year of last transaction, GasAmerica reserves the right to delete points from individual’s account.  Points are accumulated until individual reaches specified amount. Once amount is reached, mailer will have “Convenience Coupon” attached at bottom.  Mailers are sent when individual reaches $3.00 - $25.00 during mass mailing time period.    “Convenience Coupons” are redeemable at any GasAmerica. “Convenience Coupons” must be redeemed in one visit. No cash back for unredeemed amounts.  Tax and applicable charges are extra.  The coupons are not redeemable for cigarettes or alcoholic beverage purchases.   If amount goes over coupon value, participant is responsible for difference.  Points will be subtracted from participants account once coupon is issued.  GasAmerica reserves the right to discontinue program at any time.

Disclaimer: Participant expressly agrees that use of “Convenience Coupons” is at the participant’s sole risk.  GasAmerica reserves the right to take points from any participant at any time if participant does not meet official rules or GasAmerica, at their sole judgment, feels any act of fraud has been committed.
  1. Sponsors: Item of the Month vendor and GasAmerica will typically sponsor the points program.  Any other participating vendors will be listed at the GasAmerica website. (www.gasamerica.com)
